Data Controller & Isolation

Each organization on the Flack platform operates as an isolated tenant. Tenant administrators control member access and data retention policies.

Data Processing Categories

  • User accounts: Name, email address, and password credentials for authentication and session management.
  • Organization data: Workspaces, operational documents, rota shifts, tickets, and financial billing records.
  • Security logs: Access timestamps, IP addresses, and tamper-evident audit log streams.
